All orders are printed and prepared within 2–3 working days.
Larger orders, trade orders, or white-label fulfilment may take slightly longer depending on quantity and finishing. If you have a deadline, please contact us before ordering.

We currently ship orders within the UK using tracked courier services.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Weight
• Delivery location
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

All prints are:
• Carefully packaged to prevent damage
• Protected with suitable materials
• Shipped flat or rolled depending on size
White-label orders are shipped without Tek a Look branding where selected.

White-label dropshipping
For approved trade customers, we offer white-label fulfilment, meaning:
• Prints are shipped directly to your customer
• No Tek a Look branding is included
• A neutral packing slip is used
It is the trade customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address is supplied.

Local collection or drop-off may be available by arrangement.

Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please ensure delivery details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect addresses

• Orders returned to us due to incorrect information
