Returns & Refunds Policy


Because all of our prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


However, if there is an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to put it right.



Damaged or faulty items


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or fault


Once reviewed, we will offer:

A replacement print, or

A refund, where appropriate



Incorrect items


If you receive the wrong print or size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.



Custom and made-to-order items


All of our prints are produced to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected

Incorrect paper selected

Cropping or composition issues caused by the supplied file


If you’re unsure about size, paper, or file setup, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.



Colour and appearance


Please note:

Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed results

Fine art papers have natural texture and variation


These differences are normal and are not considered faults.



Refunds


If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time depends on your payment provider


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
